There is a chat available but no one gets back to you. When they do get back to you via email all they want is to sell their "support packages" which offer 10 hours at a discount. The reviews here on Serchen are completely false. You can clearly see that the people "reviewing" have photos similar to stock ones you can find online. The same for their names. And the most important thing to notice is that strangely all of them have left just 1 reviews on Serchen, or have reviewed more times only Simply. I advise Serchen to check this in detail.
