Adespresso Support
So what kind of support can you expect from Adespresso? They have a standard FAQ site which is searchable. If you don't find what you need there, then you can post a ticket via their support desk system. Their support desk is powered by Zendesk which is a very robust system and means its very unlikely your questions will vanish into an email black hole. It should be noted Adespresso also sell training courses and one on one tuition to their clients. This suggests that although support requests are likely to be well managed, they're also likely to push clients to a paid resolution or upgrade to solve their problem. Our advice is to approach with caution if you're expected to need a lot of hand holding as a customer.
Adespresso Pricing.
You can take a no risk 14 day free trial to get you started with AdEspresso, after which the cost starts at $49 a month (billed annually). Be aware this entry level package allows you to manage combined facebook and google ad budget of $1K per month. You're looking at $99 a month (again paid annually) to allow you to manage an unlimited advertising budget.
We think the free trial is a great way to test the service, but the jump to an annual plan at the end of the trial creates a lot of friction from a buyers perspective. When you end the trial you're going to be asked to hand over $588 for the basic plan. We'd prefer to see a monthly payment option, even at a higher price, which allowed a more gradual onboarding process to the service. A lot of companies manage more than $1k a month ad budgets , so the reality will be 14 days and then close to $1200 purchase decision.
