In one word: embarrassing. I heard great things about this platform, so I gave it a try.

After publishing my very first campaign I was greeted with an error about my audience. The same audience entered worked perfectly when being used on Facebook and other platforms.

Instead of apologizing for the issue, offering a compensation or at least extending my trial, they answered: "Upon checking the campaign setup I can see the audience should be big enough to publish with no issues so I have escalated this case to the Tier 2 Specialist to investigate further. Our team will get back to you once an update is available."

It's now been almost two weeks and I still didn't hear a word from their "Tier 2 Specialist".

Most shockingly, they didn't even answer to my follow-ups and other support requests. Luckily we didn't spend a dime for this broken platform and outrageous customer service.

After running successful ad campaigns on FB, I moved the SAME CAMPAING on AdEspress and my account was disabled on FB!!!!!!!!!
I lost 1000 euro per day in turnover due to them! DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM

I have tried it, but not useful for ecommerce.
and I forget cancel it.
They have charged $690 (year fee), I hope refund but they just nor reply me.
Oh, my god, that is crazy! I just do not use it.

Customer Service/ Support Wait Times - took 1 month to actually get a simple answer. I asked for a month credit (literally $20 worth). They said nope, no way. I was a paying and loyal customer for over 3 years. How it makes sense to lose a customer paying $600 a year to make up for their error of 1 month wait is beyond me. They pretty much gave me the finger and told me they wouldn't do it. Even that took 2 weeks to respond to! If you have a problem - you are on your own - don't count on support to ever help - and if definitely don't count on them making it right or caring about their customers.

Be careful of their “trial” service. We used it and they charged us the month we signed up for the trial. In trying to get refunded they didn’t address it but said it’s not their policy to do refund yet they made a mistake. We had our dated email of service to prove it. Hey said we signed up in Spetemebr which was incorrect. Yet they didn’t even offer to see our proof when we offered to forward to them the dates email. They only repeatedly said it is not their policy to give refunds. What customer service company has as a blank statement policy like this for refunds?! When we cancelled the service they charged us erroneously the month after we cancelled. They did refund us for this, however, they told us it was an exception as if they were doing us a “favor”. The tool didn’t help improve our business and we lost money to them as well. The customer service experience was very poor. Enough said. Beware the term “trial” is used very loosely by them.

Is good tool. It does what they say. Very efficient A/B Testing for Facebooks ads (I haven't used the Adwords tool)

BUT, AND A BIG BUT

They a terrible custumer support. Is just terrble. Got a problem? You can go n fk yourself. Just like that

Oh I bet they used to be good. But I didn't use them until post-Hootsuite.

Tool itself: C - good for it's ad database and dayparting campaigns that have a daily budget, however that feature works on some campaigns and not on others.

Crazy I'm adding a two-star review and that's actually helping their rating.

Disgraceful. The AdEspresso site clearly claims "...you can now easily create and manage performing advertising campaigns directly within the Hootsuite dashboard." This appears on a page titled ‘Hootsuite Integration.’ The only reason I chose AdEspresso was that it claims to integrate with the Hootsuite dashboard in this way.

When I contacted their support team because I couldn’t see any options in the Hootsuite dashboard that would allow my team to create campaigns I was given very evasive answers while they attempted to upsell me to other products. Eventually they admitted that the integration I expected was not part of the service. The ultimate insult was when I was advised that since their product does not do what I was led to believe I wanted a refund I was told that wasn't in their terms of service to provide refunds! Where do these people get off claiming that you don’t have to give a refund when your product doesn’t do what you say?

My conclusion is that AdEspresso is more like a scam than a business.

This service steals your money. Their customer service is slow and does not answer you question. It is a continual run around with them. You never talk to a real person - and there is no way to connect with one. If you do any wrong move they only allow you to upgrade so don't mess up in your account settings. Also they will never fix your issues. So if you loose your password or can't log into the account again - too bad. It's like they purposely change your password and then steal your money. I paid for a year and now have not been able to access my account for over three weeks. I am a small start up with little money coming in the door yet and they STOLE my money and won't help me. This service is HORRIBLE. Run and don't let them steal your money.
