What works one week will not work the next. The company promised that they could integrate with our Learning Management System and two years later we are still waiting for that integration. Instead of tackling customer issues head on they ignore customers when they don't have an answer. When they do finally get a resolution it takes weeks and months to get implemented. Assessment is a business critical function for Universities - don't risk your accreditation with this vendor.
