Sunday, October 18, 2020 #83560 Linda Edwards from non company (1 Employee) Too much overload of demand meant my experience was rushed through. Anaesthetic wasn’t given the time to work and needle was very distressing although I was reassured that it would not hurt. Still haven’t seen the busy too busy dr Ibrahimi since first consult. Waiting time a real nightmare for someone with chronic non stop pain . Out of desperation I went to the east Maitland surgery to get in earlier however I was sent home. The nurse told me sorry but machine was broken down and the Phillips people were coming to fix . Took me 40 minutes drive and I was very disappointed. My honest experience.
