Whenever I encounter problems, it takes an unreasonably long time to receive any form of assistance, if any at all. The support team seems to be unresponsive and ineffective.Frequent Server Downtime: The servers are consistently unreliable, with frequent outages. My websites experience downtime of more than 8 hours daily, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hosting provider.Numerous Technical Issues: I face a multitude of technical issues regularly, which significantly impacts the performance and accessibility of my sites. Each outage caused inconvenience and affected my business reputation and customer trust.It appears that Asura Hosting's service stability has been going down day by day. Despite being a loyal customer, I am concerned about their ability to provide reliable hosting services. The frequency of these outages suggests that there are underlying issues that are not being addressed effectively.Given these recurring problems, I am forced to reconsider my hosting provider. Every day there are issues. They blame things that are not even based on science. Every platform I ever had at this company failed miserably and I mean daily. I literally have over 200 tickets I bet for things that have gone wrong since day one. Now, they will blame the script and whatnot being extensive but they migrated it. They knew what was up. They lied to us for for months doing the band aid thing and nothing ever worked. They do NOT even come close to providing a working product. If you use this company for anything, whatever it is will fail. I tried this company 6 times. With 6 different accounts. The problem is the pyramid scheme. They feed off bad servers and host companies and so we pay for it because when I say this bad. Holy cow this has been some of the worst decisions I ever made in business. They are literally the worst company. They sell product that does not work. It simply fails every day. Not one day goes by without a bad issue. I am exaggerating. Use me to realize never to go to this company for anything. i am serious. Run to the other side of the internet. They have cost me so much time, energy and man hours. its been such a horrible battle. This is a job like watching automatic sprinklers and because of the daily issues, you have to police it every day. I have sites going down every day. not one goes by without a bad issue. NOT ONE...you would think a fluke would happen. No. Its been so bad.
