Friday, November 15, 2019 Verified Review #74771 Kristy Bennett from Aftermath Structural Repair (2 - 10 Employees) We had a client pay us through Avidxchange and they took a fee out. When I called to find out why they said the way we got paid had changed 3 years ago and because we were using ACH their was a fee associated with it. When I asked how it could have gotten changed they said it would have had to happen with us calling them. I then wanted to find out if we could manage our account and I was told that because we have 2 addresses on file that we were not eligible to manage our account online. When I asked if we could remove our company from their system they said that they couldn’t do that either. After reading other reviews it sounds like the only way to get paid by them is to incur a fee. Friday, September 13, 2019 #72079 Victor Williams from Williams Painting I had someone at avidxchange to call me in reference of making a payment to them I cleared the payment they lady never corrected the problem I have called on 3 different occasions to be told someone will reach out to me within 24 to 48 hrs to never receive a call back I even contacted one of the top managers in the company to be told she was going to get someone working on this right away to only have know return phone calls emails I am asking my client to find another way to pay me as avid pay are Un concerned over customer satisfaction I called Avidxchange in Charlotte & then the one in Utah trying to see if I could get a manager number & the same guy answered the phone it’s starting to make me wonder is this company in some kind of financial stress!!!! Monday, July 22, 2019 #69965 Julie LaPrarie from Rowley Properties, Inc. We are a long time user of AvidXchange. I really like their invoice routing system. It has improved our routing and tracking of invoices - no more invoices lost on someone's desk and having access to all invoices with search criteria is great and also a big time saver. I'm scoring them low now because of two things. We tried their bill paying and it was more than frustrating. This is just a scheme for them to use your money for 60 plus days. Your vendors don't get paid on time and they contact your vendor directly and don't care about your relationship. We asked them on multiple occasions to not do that and to pay our vendors in the manner they suggested. We had several of our vendors tell us they were being "strong armed". Most recently they finally released an upgrade to the UI that we were promised for over 2 years. That new release has come with nothing but problems - it doesn't work, basic features don't function properly, and the system is unavailable for very long periods of time. We never get return phone calls and I've asked multiple times for a manager or someone of authority to talk with me about the issues we are having and no one has returned my phone calls for over a month now. We used to have a dedicated account rep, but, no longer. I don't think they want to hear the feedback. I would shy away from AvidXchange - they don't seem to care about the quality of their product or customer retention any longer. 4 of 6 people found this review helpful. One of my vendors starting using them, and I am now receiving payments with NO notice, no invoice #'s....NOTHING!!! I have had to contact them 1/2 dozen times to find out what I am getting paid for!! Thursday, February 28, 2019 #66458 Katelyn Robbins from PERFORMANCE MACHINING INC. AvidXchange is terrible if you are expecting to get payment on time. Payment to customers is always late. Not by just a few days either. Example, payment was due on February 2nd, 2019. It is now February 28th. This is not the first time. Then they have the audacity to have someone call you and say they can wire the money to your account today if you as the customer pay a fee. If cash flow was tight and you offered to pay us EARLY for a fee then it may be considered. But how dare you call after your payment is going on 4 weeks late and then you try to charge us to receive payment from you. We were a very old school, paper driven company and now we have stepped our toe into the automated process world - it's wonderful! Avid is easy to use and has made our payables virtually paper free.
