Wednesday, October 26, 2022 #105039 Olivia Tautkus from Deco DECO uses Avilar's WebMentor LMS to educate our employees on compliance standards that they can take online at their own pace. The LMS is able to track completion, grades and student interaction with the course. Friday, October 4, 2019 #105109 Matt Avilar was referred to me by a colleague of mine. They worked closely with our trainers and a few line supervisors to create assessments that would accurately measure the necessary knowledge for employees to meet Level I Certification. Together, we finalized the tasks and skills to be assessed to address each area of certification. Data was aggregated to provide management with consolidated reports showing where training and coaching was needed most. Within months the managers and trainers were able to assess their employees and analyze the results. Within the year the trainers were able to use the efficiencies of competency management to train specifically and efficiently to the needs of the manufacturing employees. In addition to a successful TQM initiative, other sites initiated projects to address quality objectives and became systematic in training methods.
