"BigTime is fast, comprehensive and is never down in service."

What do you like best?
Our company has been using BigTime since I started working here over 4 years ago. The first day I started, I was taught how to use it, and learned within a short 10 minutes. Since then, it has never let me or our company down to submit our timesheets in an orderly fashion. One time I worked from home and had issues logging into BigTime online. I had to submit my timesheet as they needed to be approved by the next day. I called into the live phone call rep and he got through to a real person right away.

What problems are you solving with the product?
I just like how easy it is to use and how fast you can log you daily hours at close of business each day. I never have to fumble with daily notes on what I worked on because the drop-down menus make it super easy to log my hours every day. I work on a lot of different projects so it makes me charging my time vert east and quick.

"Organization in timekeeping is so easy"

What do you like best?
Its easy to setup from the start, link to your Quickbooks file for customer setup, invite your staff for timekeeping and start inputting your time. The amount of detail in the timekeeping for work description prints along with a summary of time billed for the client's review. My client's appreciate the information and appreciate my services more when they see exactly what is being completed for them on each bill. Reports are simple to use and work in process is always available on log in. Invoicing is easy and history is available for each client. The time and billing is the best in BigTime.

What do you like best?
We're a professional service firm where tracking employee time against various different tasks is crucial to billing. BigTime software has met all our needs and exceeded all expectations. The software's ability to adapt and be customized to our specific needs is perfect. Technical support has always been there when we needed it and product updates are great!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
BigTime software allows us to completely customize our time tracking and billing procedures to make monthly invoicing a breeze. Having the ability to breakdown tasks as needed for each project is great. The software's ability to completely customize invoices for each type of client is a huge benefit. Also, tracking of project expenses couldn't be any easier.

What do you like best?
Big Time allows us the ability to create a variety of custom reports. By doing this, we'll be able to track our design time and resources in a range of ways. We can view the number of hours that designers spend on their projects. We can also track the types of activities that account managers and project managers request of us.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The program is going to allow us to track our design time in a variety of ways. We'll be able to look at how much time designers spend on projects. We can also evaluate the types of activities that account managers and project managers are requesting of us. We're also looking forward to using the budgeting tool in order to estimate our hours when projects are submitted.

"BigTime software brings big firm time keeping technology to small firms"

What do you like best?
We are a new boutique firm specialized in Forensic Accounting in the Montreal area. We have reviewed a number of timekeeping solutions for our firm and decided to go with BigTime Software. The capabilities of this cloud-based solution surpass anything we had imagined. In fact, it is more sophisticated and easy to use than anything I have seen so far in large Big Four Accounting firms. In addition, BigTime integrates well with Quick Books Online and allows us to issue WIP reports, invoices and manage engagement budgets. In short, we are very happy with our choice.
