We used to struggle with managing customers who frequently claimed they never received invoices by mail. Thanks to Cadency, this issue has been resolved. Now, customers receive invoices via email and through the customer portal, ensuring that payments are never delayed due to lost invoices.
We chose Cadency because it's easy to use, offers a customizable dashboard and seamlessly integrates with our NetSuite system.

I haven't been using Cadency for long, but I'm really impressed with how easy it is to use. The software is highly customizable and has significantly reduced the time we spend on manual invoicing and payment followups. It's been a great fit for our small business's needs. We haven't found any downsides yet.

This invoicing and payment software boasts exceptional user-friendliness, making it easier to create invoices using pre-created templates. Automation features like payment reminders and workflow creation are a big help to our finance team. This is a great solution for small businesses with the ability to collect payments on a cloud-based platform. However, it has a downside which is its unavailability on mobile platforms. Adding this capability would provide more flexibility, in my opinion.
