Chatsistant is robust, and their support team truly cares about their customers, assisting with AI implementation in businesses. My AI chatbot, built with Chatsistant, continuously collects leads and books appointments for me. It also notifies me when human intervention is needed, allowing me to chat in real-time with visitors and clients within my Chatsistant account. The agents and templates are perfect for getting started, and the AI supervisor comes with intelligent pre-built logic that's also customizable. The features are rich, webhooks are easy to apply and work flawlessly, and the API makes anything possible. Their pricing is excellent, especially with BYOK options. I would give 10 stars if I could.
