The main product in Corecon’s solution offering is Corecon v8. This browser-based software suite includes modules for lead and project tracking, estimating, vendor bid management, contract administration, procurement, time tracking, correspondence, documentation and scheduling. Built-in wizards automate complex tasks such as transferring estimating information to create cost codes, contracts, budgets, POs and Subcontracts saving project management and accounting staff valuable time. As a result, Corecon’s cutting-edge technology will make all departments work more efficiently and maximize project profitability. Each module’s alerts and calendars will also ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
For field staff that are on the go, Mobile Apps for Android and iOS devices are free to all subscribers. Information entered in Corecon’s Mobile Apps such as daily logs, expenses, task updates or timecards will immediately appear in Corecon V8. Thus, access to real time data is just a click away.
To integrate with one’s existing accounting system, CoreconLink utilities can transfer all project financials using a simple sync wizard which eliminates duplicate data entry and maintains consistency across the organization. CoreconLinks are available for Intuit QuickBooks, Sage 50 Canada, SAP Business One and Xero.
Since construction projects are usually a group effort, collaboration with internal and external project team members is key to success. Corecon subscribers can share Lead and Project information with their clients, architects and vendors for FREE via the TeamLink Portal. So, unlimited logins can be sent to outside team members to access information on an as needed basis.
