Our teams appreciate the user transparency of the system, it is incredibly effective and useful for users to not have to make adjustments to the system, because the system adapts to individual users. What do you dislike about Crescendo Speech Recognition? Overall, we would have benefited from additional integration assistance when making the change to this platform. While our users had knowledge of dictation systems from previous experience, there is always a slight learning curve when trying to learn a new program. Recommendations to others considering Crescendo Speech Recognition: I would recommend this product for many organizations in an industry that calls for transcribing, including medical or legal environments.
