Cancel a card & received a new card only to continue losing money. I have 2 prior disputes with them that hasn't even began to be resolved. Say their going to send me a questionnaire to dispute my claim but haven't received anything yet & it's been a month since my first complaint. Very unprofessional company. Don't waste your time or money. Extremely frustrating. Customer service has absolutely no common sense whatsoever. Always seem to get foreigners taking my call, they sure can read corporate English, judging by all the mumbo jumbo bs I've been given by them. When I email support I get some auto reply saying your on it, but alas nobody has reached out to me after almost a full day. How can I not withdraw my money on expired card but deposits are allowed on expired card. Each time I call I get another load of bs that takesme to mydashboard where I have no options for my issue. Forcing me to give one star on everything to be allowed to send this is heinous as fuck, you haven't earned any one of these. Called customer service... On hold for 2 hours at gas pump. Left vehicle behind. Support closes at 7 pm. I work 6-6.On hold since 4 pm. I used card today at QT only. Maybe going back to big bank or paper check is more reliable. Not happy. Kids starved tonight by the way and got picked up at gas station by a friend. It is not accepted anywhere saying it is an unauthorized card. I have called many times with no answer, always on hold. I can not even access it on line, it never logs me in. As far as I am concerned this is nothing but a scam. I will never recommend them to anyone.
