We have had Envoy for about 6 months and we get lots of compliments about having this easy to use technology for our customers. Our users are able to pre-register their guests and it saves time from the security guard having to track them down when a guest arrives. Great product.

Envoy has helped save us a lot of headaches. It's a great tool for guest sign-ins and preregistrations. Our guests often comment about how neat of a tool it is. Automatically printing out the badges saves our receptionist time and having the guest fill out their own info makes sure nothing important gets lost in translation.

Envoy is a great tool for any company that has visitors. It is very easy to use and has many customizable options that allow companies to tailor the program to meet their needs. The only reason I would give it four of five stars is because one of their features that allows faster sign in for returning visitors is in my opinion flawed due to the fact that categorizes visitor information under phone number and email addresses. If two visitors has the same phone number it will not recognize the visitor as being new and does not make them sign the NDA which becomes an audit concern.

Envoy is a a killer app for Visitor Management. The Envoy app is quick, easy to setup, and can easily be customized for your corporate branding. App fills a small niche, but does it extremely well. Envoy offers an easy to use API for accessing data in the service, and was something we were easily able to integrate with our systems. It's easy to use, and has the features you need for easy visitor sign-in, including badge printing, agreement signing, and host notifications. The only downside is there is a pretty big jump in price between free and paid tiers, which may limit the apps use in small business. The company does offer discounts for nonprofits and education, so this alleviates that pain somewhat. Ultimately, the envoy apps leaves nothing to be desired, which is an awesome feeling to have, and yet Envoy still manages to continuously improve it. The customer support and community management teams are awesome, and its rare to find people as enjoyable to work with.

The integrations save us a lot of time and effort from letting hosts know their guests have arrived as well as making the NDA signing more efficient.
