Donald Moore from My Company (26 - 50 Employees)

I have been using this software for almost 5 years and it was working well until about a week ago, the site was no longer active/found and thier phone number has been disconected. Not sure what is going on and cannot get answers. The biggest problem is all the data that was collected over the period I Was using this system is just 'gone' at this point. Ironically they still collected the monthly subscription cost from me the day before the site was no longer active.
