What is Fullbay?
Since 2015, Fullbay has provided heavy-duty repair shop management software to diesel shops around the world. Whether a shop works on semis, agricultural equipment, or something in between, Fullbay can help streamline operations, boost technician productivity, and generally increase revenue.
BUILT FOR HEAVY-DUTY
Co-Founder and CEO Jacob Findlay built Fullbay to address the challenges he saw while working in a repair shop. He realized heavy-duty shops had fallen somewhat behind on the times – where other industries had long ago switched over to apps or software, repair shops were still heavily dependent on paperwork and antiquated tracking systems. Everything took longer than it needed to, and it was entirely too easy to make mistakes or forget to add a part or service to an invoice. He wasn’t just concerned about owners, either; as he worked, he noticed techs bogged down by slow authorizations, lost paperwork, and haphazard parts management.
EFFICIENCY IS KEY
Fullbay is built to make everyone’s lives easier. It lives in the cloud, so it’s accessible anywhere, at any time, via computer, tablet, or phone. That means there’s no need to spend hours stapled to a desk entering information. You don’t even have to be in the shop to take a peek inside and see what’s going on.
Moving everything to the cloud means techs create and add to service orders as they go. The time lost scrawling (and then interpreting) notes is completely eliminated. Techs can clock into and out of jobs, allowing you to see who’s working on what at any given time.
When it comes time to settle up, Fullbay automatically converts service orders into invoices. Everything is accounted for, including labor rate and parts markup; click a button and you’re ready to present a customer with an easy-to-read invoice.
HAPPY CUSTOMERS, HAPPY SHOP
Communicating with customers is more critical than ever. That’s why Fullbay’s Customer Portal is so innovative; it cuts out time wasted playing phone tag or attempting to get work authorized, and provides an open channel for customers to communicate with your shop.
Your customers can jump into the Customer Portal and see exactly how their vehicles are doing. They can also authorize work and even issue payment, cutting out all those hours, days, or weeks so many shops spend trying to obtain both.
This makes for happy customers, and happy customers are more likely to bring their vehicles back to your shop. They also tend to share you with their colleagues; that kind of word-of-mouth advertising is priceless.
ALL THE SUPPORT YOU NEED
Fullbay is committed to providing free, ongoing support to all its shops. Whether you have a question about how something works or a suggestion to improve the app, we’re always listening. When your shop is powered by Fullbay, you have access to a dedicated customer rep and an ever-growing library of educational documents and classes to help you put the app to work for you.
