I'd say they are a good hosting provider that you can trust but they don't meet the bar of outstanding. I host around 10 sites/domains, and I chose 5 months ago, and I'm happy! They provide a very reliable hosting, with lots of services and options, for a simple price. Unlimited domains, one-click installs, I don’t give 100% rating because it will sounds strange, but 95% seems honest, regarding the services I used during 6 years. Support is always available, always smiling, and I never had to complain.
