Handy Networks is not a typical data center and cloud computing company. Established in 2000 and operating under a previous trade name since 1997, we are a stable, trusted, managed cloud hosting and data center company that provides a variety of colocation, bare metal dedicated server hosting, managed server hosting, managed security services, and cloud hosting services. Our clientele is largely international and we have customers from over four dozen countries. Due to our lean size, our customers have direct access to key decision-making management and executive level employees at Handy Networks. For instance, the co-founder and CEO of Handy Networks is the ultimate escalation point for key clients. Mr. Sudowski also readily publishes his cell phone and email contact details. Our customers find that having direct access to key decision makers dramatically improves the service we provide. We have been operating our downtown Denver data center facility since late 2006, which is now at capacity. Our downtown data center operations and controls have been subject to rigorous SSAE 16 SOC II Type II audits since 2012, and we recently completed our fourth SSAE 16 SOC II Type II audit for 2016. Our clients routinely leverage our existing SSAE16 controls to meet their compliance needs for PCI, HIPAA, SOX, etc. We are currently in the process of undergoing a PCI DSS Level I, which should be competed May 2017. Additionally, we have initiated the process to obtain our FedRAMP certification. In February 2015, we entered into a long-term lease with H5 Data Centers at their Denver Tech Center facility. The H5 data center has a track record that is simply remarkable. They have over 17 years of continuous power and cooling availability – 100% uptime. The key management team in place at H5 has been there for many years; in some cases, certain key employees have been working at the facility for over 20 years. The operations and controls of the H5 Denver data center are validated through a SSAE16 SOC I Type II audit process.
