Sunday, January 19, 2020 #76806 FleaFly from host havoc is terrible (1 Employee) Absolutely fully fraudulent, i posted my experience with them on trust pilot, absolute nightmare of a host, got an ark survival evolved server from them that has not worked day one, support did nothing to help me. What's worse is i went to trust pilot thinking my review would STAY to warn people about them but it got removed! HOST HAVOC PAY TRUST PILOT TO REMOVE REVIEWS! BUYER BEWARE! I've hosted with several other providers in the past and I've always returned here because of the swift ticket response times and reliable service. The other reviews here mention that they don't respond to tickets which has not been my experience. Every ticket I've ever submitted has received a response in 10 minutes or less. Tuesday, July 23, 2019 #70021 Adah Chachere from These guys are not organized, difficult to work with, and ignore their customers. Two years ago we signed up for a server and paid a full year in advance, which came to over $100. Lo and behold they STILL charged us monthly ON TOP of our having pre-paid for the year! Unfortunately, we didn't notice this theft until past three months, at which time Host Havoc would not do anything about it or refund any money. We immediately quit and went to a competitor. We told them to cancel our account. However, Host Havoc didn't stop our service. We sent them 3-4 emails asking them explicitly to stop our service. The last email we sent was in capitol letters, we told them everything we could think of: "STOP BOTHERING US, STOP OUR SERVICE, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE," etc. We did not know how to make it more explicit. Now, two years later, this company is sending us a new bill starting next week for a full year! They told us that we never unsubscribed! It is ridiculous. So we just sent then ANOTHER email asking them to stop our service, who knows if they will listen. Monday, July 22, 2019 #69964 Snake Plissken from Host Havoc, is the worst game server company I have ever had the misfortune to order from.After ordering and paying for a ark gameserver, I never heard from them except for the automated email response. Support was non-existent. I finally contacted PayPal and went through the process of getting my money back.As part of Paypal's process, the company is asked to respond to the claim. They never replied to PayPal and so after a short period I was fully refunded. They are basically a scam, provide you with a non working server and then are not reachable.P.s. i am ALSO writing here because they are PAYING TRUSTPILOT to remove the bad reviews. 2 of 7 people found this review helpful.
