Most of our support tickets are addressed within 20-40 minutes. For immediate assistance, they also have a live chat support feature. They are easy to use - good support. I probably don't know as much as I should about the ins and outs of having a large website, but with Hostwinds by my side, I never worry about that anymore! Truly special.
