Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
InfinityHR receives sharply divided user feedback, with one employee reporting serious accuracy issues and another employer praising the service.
One user discovered that benefit summaries provided by InfinityHR contained incorrect information about their health plan coverage, forcing them to verify details directly through UnitedHealthCare instead. This user, with prior insurance industry experience, viewed the errors as a fundamental competence problem for a company whose core job is benefits management.
In contrast, an employer client reported strong satisfaction, citing improved benefits administration and competitive pricing. That reviewer characterized InfinityHR's performance as exceeding expectations.
The two reviews offer no middle ground and insufficient data to identify patterns. Prospective users should note the accuracy concern raised in the employee review, particularly if benefits communication clarity is critical to your organization.

So I just started with PRMI which is a great company but they use InfinityHR for their benefits. I looked at the different plans and printed the benefit summary for the plan I signed up for. Now that my coverage is active I called UnitedHealthCare before making appointments and I found out some of the information in the benefit summary from InfinityHR is incorrect. Now I have to lookup what I actually signed up for through the UHC website which is ridiculous. I worked for an insurance company for 10 years prior to this and I don't see how a company who is paid strictly to manage another companies benefits can't get it right. It shows a major lack of competence.

We decided to use Infinity HR to help manage our benefits last year. I have been more than pleased with their performance. Our benefits administration is in much better shape now and Infinity's services have proven to be very well priced.
