Monday, February 24, 2020 #77904 Katie McKinlay from Boostability (Marketing and Advertising, 201-500 employees) JazzHR: A great option for your ATS JazzHR is our primary ATS. It is managed by our HR department and used by hiring managers throughout our organization to track candidates and manage the stages of hiring for all positions in our company. Return on Investment: Time spent reviewing candidates has been cut down significantly, saving time and money for the hiring managers and recruiting team. Candidates are receiving faster responses from the recruiting team. More thorough candidate assessments are being recorded directly on the ATS. Did you find this review helpful?
Monday, February 24, 2020 #77905 Petra Jauregui from Apex Leaders (Financial Services - 11-50 employees) Great ATS for a small business: We use JazzHR for year-round hiring, for all positions. A few individuals on our hiring team use it, not the entire organization. It has helped organize our efforts and has helped get our listings out to a much broader audience. It has also helped us save historical information from previous candidates and from previous postings. Did you find this review helpful?
Wednesday, February 19, 2020 #77660 User in Health, Wellness and Fitness Mid-Market(51-200 employees) "User friendly with great ROI for "not so small" hiring team" What do you like best? Navigation is a breeze, the dashboards are easy to navigate for non-recruiter hiring managers, and JazzHR's team is a truly great group of professionals! They love what they do, are committed to supporting their customers, and they implement feedback rapidly into product feature additions and enhancements. What do you dislike? Would love to not only have the current customizable reporting features, but also a dashboard to show charts and trends. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quickly responding to hundreds of applicants each week, hiring nearly 1000 people each year. Did you find this review helpful?
Sunday, January 19, 2020 #77661 Thiago T Head of HR from Mid-Market(51-200 employees) "Best cost to money" What do you like best? Easy user interface, customizable funnels, automated messages What do you dislike? Lacks built-in assessments and a few minor automations that would be helpful, such as automatically merging different applications from the same candidate Recommendations to others considering the product: Instruct hiring managers on the use of it, the process gains a lot of insight, contribution and transparency What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trasnparency to hiring managers, automation of messages to candidates as they move stages, keeping a history of past applications from candidates Did you find this review helpful?
Thursday, January 16, 2020 #77673 Brooke H Talent Acquisition Manager from Mid-Market(51-200 employees) "Great ATS to keep organized with custom workflows and hiring managers!" What do you like best? I really value how user-friendly this tool is to use. When we have hiring managers get into the tool for the first time it is super easy to use and keeps everyone organized for hiring initiatives. Also love how cost-effective it is :) This tool makes it fun to use! What do you dislike? Nothing specific jumps out that I dislike about this tool. Since it is web-based it's accessible anywhere. I'd love a mobile option one day but for now the online version is great :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlining and customizing workflows for various departments, hiring manager needs are problems we solve. Hiring the right talent in a consistent way to ensure every candidate is treated equally is something else we are solving. Did you find this review helpful?
Wednesday, January 8, 2020 #77671 Maggie S Director, People & Culture from Small-Business(11-50 employees) "Best ATS I've Used" What do you like best? Ease of use and navigation, layout of candidate profiles, reporting, data and analytics features, the vast ability to customize everything in the system based on company needs, the customer support team has always been very responsive and helpful, the integration capabilities with many other vendors for background checks, skills testing, etc. What do you dislike? There aren't many major ones. Most would be minor suggestions for improvement. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a remote team and need to be able to accommodate the many incoming candidates we have across the nation. JazzHR has provided us with a seamless experience that allows us to reach those individuals, as well as review them all in a timely manner. Did you find this review helpful?
Tuesday, January 7, 2020 #77666 Alina G from Small-Business(11-50 employees) "Easy to use and great to have HR under control" What do you like best? JazzHR enables me to have all open jobs in one place, is very visual and useful to see the status for open job positions in a glance. My favorite feature is the customizable options: from defining steps for every open position to adding email templates and automated responses. This way you can minimize time and effort, and maximize the candidates experience. I also like the reports: having an insight in the numbers and statistics around the open positions is useful for future planning. Compatibility with other services like job boards, BambooHR and similar is also available and makes my job easier. What do you dislike? I like having the candidates emails all in one place on the right side of the screen but if I read them using the fast click I would like to have them marked as read in the candidates profile as well. Tuesday, January 7, 2020 #77667 Norman H Vice President - Human Resources from Mid-Market(501-1000 employees) "JazzHR Works Hard to Earn Your Business" What do you like best? The customer support is helpful, friendly, and solution oriented. When I call the customer service line, I am consistently met with a positive team member that is eager to help and resolve my issue. The time that it takes to address most issues is quick and efficient. The customer support team members are knowledgeable and well trained. What do you dislike? Posted jobs to my knowledge cannot be deleted automatically, like with Indeed. The inability to set a date for the posting to automatically go inactive can be a deal breaker. This missing functionality creates more of an administrative burden for companies due to having to manage a labor intensive process of removal and clean up. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need a cost effective tool to support, undergird, and strengthen your talent acquisition efforts, JazzHR can be a helpful resource. Monday, January 6, 2020 #77668 Valerie M from Mid-Market(51-200 employees) "Good ATS!" What do you like best? The customer service is excellent. Any time we've had issues or questions, a rep will always get in touch with us to talk us through what's going on. I've even had a rep have to leave our call for another meeting, he did some research on his own to come up with a solution, and we scheduled another call to walk through the ideas he came up with - which worked out really well. There are many ways to customize your workflows, interview questionnaires, positions through categories and departments, resume uploading widget, tagging other team mate options and more. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting options could be better. I have to run several different reports to get basic information that we need for reports on our end. I can gather MOST of the information easily, and we've given suggestions to Jazz to improve the reports section. Did you find this review helpful?
Monday, January 6, 2020 #77669 Michelle B Staff Recruiter from Mid-Market(201-500 employees) "All in one recruiting platform" What do you like best? I really like that I can upload one job description and it auto-populates to all the major job boards online. It also collates all incoming applications into an organization fashion no matter the source they came from. It's easy to review applicants for multiple positions and always know what our candidate pipeline looks like. The hiring stages are super useful for a quick look at where candidates stand and the deeper discussion area helps us keep track of details for the long term. What do you dislike? I wish it were easier to use to filters and sort features on jobs and candidates. I also wish reporting played a bigger part in my use of Jazz so I could let my team know how various positions are performing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great software for compiling and tracking open positions and their applicants. Did you find this review helpful?
