" so how do I check for my application status. 2nd complaint is the same representative has contacted me via text to say my landlord would be paid in 24-48 hours still no payment or updates have been made this the beginning of my 3 week since I was told I was approved for assistance. Real unprofessional and rude.with no supervisors to make complaints to or get accurate information from the representatives processing applications do and say as they want. Not being in or from the city and state they are working for they don't relate to our circumstances.
