Help other software buyers make informed decisions.

The most forward thinking enlightening tech company we've worked with to date. Can explain how much $$ they've saved us in compliance and legal costs. HCI (human call initiator) is everything we need to run a sustainable business. Now they provide us Omnichannel as well. 5 star no doubt.

Not very trustworthy folks. They don't even deliver the promised rewards for completing their surveys. They want to force you to engage in a product implementation discussion before they will give the already-earned reward. They claim the rewards were lost in the mail (lost in cybermail?). All responses clearly indicate a farce.

This is a company with predictive dialing software. It charges 10-15x what competitors do. Its only leg to stand on is something called the Human Call Initiator. It is essentially a predictive dialer that legally is not a predictive dialer because it has human intervention. This is extremely valuable due to TCPA laws that have changed. That being said this is a terrible company to work with.

PROS: they answer the phone when you call. THey have bulletproof legal protection

CONS: They speak in code. They literally sort of laugh about it and call it "their language." You need a full time professional with a background in I.T. just to comprehend what they are even saying. Their user experience and user interface are incredibly not user friendly. The worst part? They charge incredible amounts of money for tasks that every dialer includes in their price. They are constantly tacking on thousands of dollars for services they've promised, only to later tell us they need to lock us into contracts that would tie us into 100k plus.

I am desperately seeking a company that has a similar service and if you find one, let me know. There HAS to be someone that can do what they do for a lower cost that understands how to talk to customers. This company, once the have a competitor, will die.
