I have been woiting for over a week for a return phone call regarding an issue I have been having for over a month now and still not fixed or corrected. Since GI Cable sold themselves to Mascon the quality and service is among the worst of any service provider I deal with. Monday, April 8, 2019 #67595 Bill from Me Worst TV system ever. Switched to Mascon thinking it would be ok. Not even close. Archaic at best. Does not save programmed recordings. This is crap. Friday, June 1, 2012 #2154 Henry from Homeowner Internet is very poor. Connection fluctuates from strong to weak then back to strong in a period of minutes.
