Review Title: Great EMR System with Top Notch Customer Service Pros: The ease of use and customization of templates Additional modules for Pathology, Telemedicine, and MIPS reporting are available MIPS Scores are always close to 100% due to the design of the program Assists with proper ICD-10 coding and use of modifiers Excellent technical support staff and staff training Cons: There is really nothing I don't like about the software. Comments (Benefits): I have been very satisfied user of MD Charts for over 9 years. Program is user friendly for providers, MA's, front desk and billers. Unlike most EHR programs, my providers actually see more patients a day due to the ease of use and customization of the program

Review Title: Click less, care more Pros: Very user friendly! Great charting, charge capture Cons: Lab interfaces may take a while. Thinking about this, DermCharts would not have control of the time for labs to respond Comments (Benefits): Able to see same volume as if we were on paper. Allows for superior charting.

Review Title: Best decision my practice made was choosing DermCharts Pros: Ability to customize templates. Camera feature (take a picture and the image is in the chart instantly). Built-in shortcuts and macros. MIPS questions are built into the templates which helps guarantee a passing score. Cons: There is really not much to not like about the software but if I had to choose one thing it would probably be patient portal enrollment. With that said I think the reason is that most of the responsibility lies upon the patient and not all patients follow through with enrollment. Comments (Benefits): Since using DermCharts we have increased the number of patients our providers see on a daily basis. We have maximized MIPS reimbursements for all Providers. Customer service is reliable and the team is very responsive to emails and phone calls.

Review Title: Satisfied Pros: How easy it is to use. Very user friendly. Cons: Nothing worth writing about, can't really think of something that really bothers me about the program. Comments (Benefits): Makes my job so much easier. Reports are there when you need it. Also support team can help with reports of any type.
