0 stars - This company and customer service is horrible...Total disregard for its customers. After over 10 phone calls to inquire as to why my benefits are not active after 3 months of paying for them the situation has still not been resolved. No one every gets back to you (even supervisors) or assures you that the problem it taken care of. Stay away from this company if possible.

If you get through their phone system you are lucky, but then don't expect much as nobody will no the answer to your questions and yes, they will tell you that there is nothing they can do for you. Medical Flex pay seems to be run by monkeys, I have many different flex pay accounts but they question everything. They froze my account after talking to a rep and he told me it wasn't. After dealing with 10 other companies managing my medical flex account Mercer is the worst! I think they want to keep my money, bad experience.
