MetaCX

MetaCX is a multi-stakeholder platform that enables organizations to build value networks that align internal and external stakeholders on shared initiatives and measure progress toward desired outcomes. Value networks can be used to manage and measure both commercial and social initiatives. A commercial initiative may involve enhancing the end-to-end customer experience while a social initiative may entail an organization reaching carbon neutrality. Within a value network, organizations have the ability to self organize around an initiative or multiple initiatives by connecting with other departments in whatever configuration is required to ensure alignment. Once internal alignment is achieved, external stakeholders can be invited into the value network to contribute additional value and capabilities. Connections in value networks are persistent and manifest in shared, digital spaces called bridges. Within a bridge, any number of stakeholders are able to collectively define, manage, and measure every aspect of an initiative including its desired outcomes, corresponding action plans, and performance metrics. Metrics are created using data instrumented from any application, system, or digital endpoint and provide insight into an initiative’s progress. An important aspect of initiative alignment is presenting data in a compelling way that persuades, motivates, and mobilizes key stakeholders. MetaCX gives users the ability to collect data and craft it into a comprehensive data story that communicates the status of an initiative or business relationship with a suggested course of action. As the world continues to become more complex, it’s imperative for organizations to adapt.
