Tuesday, January 29, 2019 #65333 Teresa from Truck Trainers Not only did Mindbody onboard my small business and raise our rates tremendously, the functionality is not good and what one agent tells you is not what another says. The way that payment info interacts with the app and the database for clients is terrible and doesn't share info. The mobile app sometimes hangs up and I have been given work arounds like "click on another client and come back", which is code for we didn't bother to test our program before selling the portion to you. Another issue is that the majority of the functionality doesn't even apply to my business, yet I have to pay for it regardless. I would run and not walk to another company. Wednesday, October 10, 2018 #62502 Krista Edwards from Extra Mile Fitness This has a lot of bells and whistles. Fancy for sure; would be great for a club. However, if you are truly a small business think long and hard before committing to mindbody. The price for taking recurring gym memberships QUADRUPLED in the four years I used them. When I decided it was not sustainable, it cost me hundreds of dollars to get the stored credit card info out of their server. When I got it it was only half of the information. When I called to ask about the missing people, and about the data itself I was told that when I agree to have that set of reports run I also agree to cut all ties with mindbody including access to their support. So think long and hard because while it is pretty and fancy and does lots of cool stuff, it’s pretty ugly on the other side. Did you find this review helpful?

I like that I can use Mindbody on my phone to see the class schedule, book a class, cancel a class, and see my attendance. Tuesday, February 24, 2015 #31548 Dori from Soluna Yoga Spa I'm very pleased with this software for my business. My studio offers yoga classes, workshops, teacher trainings as well as spa services. I love how organized and easy it is to build the site and link it to my website. I love the customer service at MindBody. Anytime I don't know how to do something, it is so easy to call them and they walk me through it. I would absolutely recommend any business in this industry to use this software. Easy to use interface, top notch support, easy to break through issues and give the customer what they want. I'm really pleased with their service so far. Recommended.
