Fantastic customer service. Our implementation was easier than we expected. So far, the software seems easy to use and our employees aren't complaining - and that's a good thing!

One of the worst designed portals. Simple things don't make sense and is very frustrating, clunky interface. Can't export data out in excel. The transactions already recorded won't show up in the quarterly holdings so then you have to go back and look at every single trade. Not only that, when you edit a trade in your holdings and save changes, the entire security record will just disappear from your holdings. Automatic calculations of holdings is severely flawed. Overall a very unreliable tool not ready for prime time.

Used it for over a year. Support is slow to respond. Software programming is very poor. Charge client to fix poor code. Do yourself a favor and get any other product out there.

I had an excellent experience with Terranua and all the staff over there. Any issues I experienced were dealt with promptly. I like the way the product looks and feels. I most like the additional services around data capture.
