One of the most significant features that Onehub offers is their custom "White Labeling." This feature allows you to add your own company's logo on all of the web addresses that your users visit. Your users (vendors, customers, contractors) don't feel like they are visiting a 3rd party vendor. Another great feature of the white labeling is the spoofing of emails. All emails generated from Onehub being sent from your work email, making it look even more professional and from one source; YOU, the Project Manager. Lastly, you can also have your users visit a custom sub-domain, therefore completely negating Onehub branding being visible at all. The most important problem I am solving by using the Onehub service is that my stakeholders have one location for anything project related. It is a game-changer. Some projects that I've seen in the past have multiple repositories and it creates chaos and confusion on what files go where and when. Centralize your project with Onehub.

What do you like best? Very easy to use, fast file uploads and great sharing options. I really enjoy the different permission settings ensuring that users can only download files that we permit them to download. Watermarking feature is also really great. What do you dislike? The price is a bit high per month, but the service works well. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend at least trying it out and exploring the software to see if it meets your needs. Their free trial is great for this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Onehub for our company's data room. Very useful during fundraising and investment rounds.

I love the ability to share files securely on a temporary basis with or without a password, the activity log, the ability to integrate and edit documents in either Microsoft 365 or Google, which means I don't have to download files any longer, increasing my productivity. I love the mobile app as well which is simple with no additional apps to install to use it whether for iphone or android. The workspaces have been used as message and meeting rooms with team members as well, giving confidentiality a whole new level. The features are many and the customization makes the software fun for the team. As of right now there is no way to automatically sync. Apparently there was in the past. I'm ok with that though because if syncing is not done well it actually creates more work and concern. Communication with clients is improved - I can upload or share a file and assign it as a task and they can complete it. I can work right in my storage cabinet which has increased my productivity.

What we like most about Onehub is that it adapts easily to our management. It is so customizable that we can turn it into something completely different from what it was in the beginning. Onehub offers excellent monitoring of work time, and the progress of each employee. It also allows you to add phone numbers, links, and all kinds of text to our worksheets. In addition, its column system serves to maintain a complete visualization of the workflow. Thanks to Onehub we have saved the slow processes of creation of projects from scratch, since the platform offers excellent templates to work with, that we only have to personalize. These templates save time and effort, and serve to cover all the work processes that we want to include. It was also useful to help us to alternate our work between computers and mobile devices, since the information is synchronized in the cloud immediately and has a good mobile deployment.
