"Pazo makes remote mobile operations super simple" What do you like best? Pazo helped us put our field operations on auto-pilot. We have many service technicians who do multiple client services. Once service is done, a lot of paperwork goes into it. With Pazo, we were able to automate it. No back office digitization work. Best part is they have a webhook integration for every checklist submissions - we were able to configure feedback messages to our customer as soon as we got to know the servicing is done. They have geo coordinates capabilities implying the checklist can be filled only right at the client location! What do you dislike? Nothing specific. Just that it takes a lot of time to convince our internal management resulting in a slower phased wise roll-out. Recommendations to others considering the product: Implementing might take time, and multiple workshops might be needed for the team to get used to the tool.

"Pazo solved a very pressing problem, Highly recommend Pazo!" Pazo gave us complete visibility on all the aspects of our business, we had many drivers who had to do daily tasks before they start for the day, we had no way to verify if the tasks were done or not, but with Pazo we could ensure all tasks were done on time with real time photographic proof. Previously this was done on pen and paper and the photograph of the checklist was submitted via whatsapp. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There was no way of knowing if the tasks done by our drivers was done on time, or at the place it was supposed to be done, as previously all the compliance, cleaning, fuel reports needed to be filled in pen and paper or sent via WhatsApp messages, which was impossible to consolidate and generate reports. This is a huge operations nightmare. With this I can ensure all tasks are done on time and from the place which we want them to do.

We have more than 600 stores across COCO & FOCO who use Pazo seamlessly. Support team is always available on email and WhatsApp. What do you dislike? Re-training everytime we add new members into the organization. Not necessarily a pazo problem but upskilling is required. Ease of process designing as per property owners’ ask, real time visibility of work execution by vendors, custom automated reporting dashboards for everyone. The unsaid use-case is reconciliation of work done. The owner, the property managers (us), and the vendor are three parties. "Very effective and user friendly configuration set up makes it easy for field users to update task" What do you like best? Audit module is really helpful as it allows users to perform physical inspection of site and at the same time record all entries / scores in a digital way. PAZO allows you to upload templates as well as supporting documents for record purpose which other wise requires manual intervention of maintaining excel sheets and saving in folders. Real time audit scores gets visible and consolidation is much easier. No dependency on people to collate from multiple sites as well as data authenticity is maintained as there will be no intervention to get data through emails. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using PAZO in multiple departments like Loss Prevention / Facility / Process Audits etc. Biggest benefit is the data visibility which is available at a click of a button.
