We've been using Property Works since Fall 2021 and have found that it is a full encompassing solution for anything related to leases. We're utilizing the development, lease management, accounts payable, percent rent statement & calculation, and ASC 842 modules. These modules significantly increased our accuracy and efficiency which is important to us as we started with 60+ locations in 2019 and have grown to 200+ stores in 2023. In addition, it integrates with our accounting software, Dynamics GP, which created more efficiencies. Lastly, our account representative, Gwen, is exceptional and our overall customer experience with Property Works exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend this software if you are looking for a system that will help with all aspects of leasing.

Property Works offers everything a company needs to manage their real estate portfolio. The site is easy to navigate and keeps all the data in one place. Our company has nearly 400 locations with leases for each one. Using Property Works has streamlined our process for tracking lease dates and accessing all property data by multiple users. And their customer service is first class. We get a quick response to inquiries and I have yet to have a problem they haven't been able to handle. I can't recommend Property Works enough.

I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Property Works. In my 3 years with Pep Boys / Icahn Automotive Group I came to rely on the PW team in the same way that I relied upon internal teams. They knew the portfolio so well and were so attentive to the client's needs that I never doubted we were getting the most comprehensive and complete lease administration effort. The team at Pep Boys, from Real Estate to Legal to Operations relied heavily on the work of Property Works. Based on an almost 20 year relationship between the companies, we were always confident in their work. I highly recommend Property Works and hope for an opportunity to work together in the future.
