We signed a contract in 2019 and unfortunately, once they had our money they disapeared. No email, no contact, no answering of phone calls - gone. Stay away from RackFoundry at all costs, they are a scam. Their virtual offices are closed due to non-payment.

Great experience so far with Rackfoundry! We have a small IT team who have lot of responsibilities, security is a critical role but we lack the manpower to effectively use 10 different tools and the budget to pay for them. TSM helps us collect logs from all assets on our network along with Office 365 and Stackdriver. The security alerts are relevant as well but not overwhelming like other SIEM solutions we tried.

Complete scam. Promise after promise and 8 months later no working software/scans. Promises from “C levels” never met and excuse after excuse. We pointed out things they clearly missed and never acknowledged it but instead said we were expecting too much.. 8 months after the system was supposed to be up and running. Asked for money back and to terminate the relationship and they refused, despite missing every deadline and never withholding any part of their contract. Truly believe they are a scam.
