"Reblaze services become excellent support in the identification and blocking of threats" What do you like best? Reblaze has become our strategic ally in the prevention of cyber attacks, with the ability it gives us to analyze all traffic and generate custom rules we can prevent and detect any suspicious event, also thanks to the detailed information available for each event, it is possible to perform great threat intelligence. What do you dislike? I consider that the online documentation should be improved a bit to detail some ID Rules and add some module for user administration What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Protection of our services exposed in the cloud including web portals, benefits have been realized by increasing the organization's ability to identify and block the risks listed in the OWASP top 10

"Best-in-class Solution" I like how effective the bot management is and how much the solution offers for the price. The solution is all in one and very easy to deploy, everything an application needs for robust security without affecting performance: WAF, BOTs and CDN are some examples of technologies integrated into the solution. Another differentiator is bot management, without using a captcha for the end-user, which is able to differentiate between humans and robots. It gives you granular power to determine and enable custom bots and behaviors without penalizing the good robots and punishing the bad ones. A 2017 survey revealed that 60% of Brazilian internet traffic is generated by robots. So reblaze was essential in dealing with the demand to clean up traffic as the same survey indicates that 55% of robots are malicious. The benefits we reaped were from better security and even a higher browsing speed since the requests we received were filtered by the application.

"Reblaze has an excellent customer support, an outstanding product and proven track record." What do you like best? The technical support and the technology itself. You get direct access to Reblaze engineers via Slack or Whatsapp. Support requests are responded to almost immediately. The product performs exceptionally well. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? I can sleep peacefully knowing that Reblaze has my back in case of any ddos attack or threat. My server logs are pristine; 99.9% of all malicious requests don't pass Reblaze. We heavily use the Analyze Traffic Log tool to review and monitor traffic and to troubleshoot issues reported by users. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would 100% recommend Reblaze for bot mitigation, DDoS protection, and WAF. It's also part of our DR plan, with the ability to switch to a hot-standby application right from the web console. Certificate management is another great feature.
