I can't imagine running my business without Salesforce! The platform has everything I need to manage my customer relationships and operations in one place. I gave Salesforce a chance, but it was a complete disaster. The UI was a nightmare and I couldn't figure out how to do anything. The software was slow and glitchy, making it a pain to work with. To top it off, the customer support was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my issues. I regret wasting my time and money on this platform.

I'm beyond frustrated with Salesforce. The platform is riddled with bugs, and the customer support is nonexistent. It's nearly impossible to get anything done efficiently, which is incredibly detrimental to my business operations. Despite paying a premium for this service, I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth. I'm actively seeking out other CRM solutions and wouldn't recommend Salesforce to anyone.
