Salesforce for small businesses exceeds the functions of other CRM's and is affordable.

One of the things I like best about Salesforce is it's user friendly platform. The features are for the most part a no-brainer, and for the things that stump me, Salesforce is more than happy to give me prompt and helpful service for.

Salesforce has allowed our company to go from start-up mode to thriving in a matter of months as a result of the easy to use capabilities and functionality of the program. We use salesforce every day to track leads and communicate to potential clients. The program is easy to use, provides an excellent user interface, and helps us to better keep track of projects.
