To Work On: Ensuring our business requirements are clear to all. Standardized vendor's documentation. Flexibility of the system. Support from the vendor. Ability to add modules surrounding the SCM suite which is all written on the same code-base / platform; therefore easier integration between the modules and easier implementation for the go-forward.
