I was a bit skeptical at first when my assistant asked me to give SolaDrive a try as we were in a fix. Our previous hosting company was a pain to deal with as our clients were unhappy with having their websites down for hours.

Moving most of our websites to SolaDrive was one of the best decisions we made last year as complaints have reduced drastically and our clients happy.

No annoying marketing calls or emails. Knowledgeable and reliable support. Uptime is great and the server speed is pretty fast.

Although, we've experienced a glitch or two on the weekend but they were quick to resolve it and it didn't affect our websites significantly.

It's been 7 months so far and everything seems good! Yet to move our major sites ( the ones with the big traffic) to SD as I'm trying to see how well the ones we have currently with them will fare for a year before making that big decision. So far, I can say I'm pleased with their fantastic service. Kudos to you guys!

Simply put “rubbish and fraudulently taking money from me”
Do not use them, they were not capable of delivering the service I purchased and through their admin failings took almost 10 time the cost from my credit card which I am struggling to get back.
I wanted a managed Odoo server, they could not deliver it so we left for another provider – there is lots more in this story, but they failed and wasted our time. I did receive this messaage …

Thanks Roger, I was able to review this and am disappointed that we dropped the ball providing service to you. I hope all your issues and concerns are resolved now since we refunded those 4 payments for Nov and Dec. If there is anything else we can do, please let us know.

What got me really angry is for a service costing $33.75 per month they billed over $230, they said they were refunding the money and then gave me a credit note which I could use against further services.

So not only did they waste my time with a service they could not deliver but loads more with trying to get my money back.
Don’t use them, waste of time and money

Been using their services for 5 months and I can attest to their reliable service. Totally worth the investment IMO. Pages loads pretty fast and update are done frequently. Nothing to complain about for now.
