Stride has been a blessing to our association. We host an annual 3-day festival that includes registration for hundreds of volunteers, athletes, clans, and dancers. Their software is able to handle that and more. It's getting us into current technology where we will be able to have an online merchandise store as well as taking care of our online ticket sales. It's replaced at least 5 systems for me as Treasurer. KJ, our Account Manager, was extremely helpful in answering my questions and doing a lot of the initial set up. We worked closely together to get it just right. And if she didn't have the answer, she always reached out to the team and developers to get one.

With the help of the customer service rep, I was able to make the switch to stride within 48 hours effectively offloading menial and time-consuming tasks to their capable software. Stride also helped me eliminate a bottleneck in my conversion and I noticed an increase in sales nearly immediately. The integration with my website keeps things well-branded for the customer while allowing me creative control. I mention it to all my associates who also plan ticketed events as a real sanity-saver.
