I began using verifyle last month and immediately had an issue with it but I didn’t know how to cancel as it doesn’t allow you to do so only downgrade. The way the signatures come out is horrible. I made a huge mistake transferring over from docusign but hey that’s why cheaper isn’t always better. Lesson learned. This company charged me for an entire month and then when I decided to downgrade thinking they would honor the entire month they automatically switched me over to basic. There is no customer service over the phone only an email address. The customer service representative was super rude. No where did it state that I would be downgraded immediately just that my contacts wouldn’t hold or I couldn’t keep all my space which I assumed they would just delete my contacts. Wrong. This company is just trash don’t even waste your time!

I researched about 6 different e-signature companies and not only is Verifyle priced right for my small business with limited start up funds, but it is incredibly easy to use. Verifyle has multiple videos on YouTube explaining how the product works. I was concerned about using the product because I need my choice to meet IRS regulations. NO PROBLEM! Verifyle has an explanation on how to comply with IRS regulations on their website. I feel like all my extra research was done for me by Verifyle. Here was the best part- I emailed them a question on Saturday night and received a friendly explanation by Sunday morning. Very impressed and I highly suggest you look in to this secure doc sharing app before you spend hundreds or thousands on another option.

I used to use Sharefile, but my clients could not figure it out. Verifyle actually works and it's EASY to use. Far easier than anything else I've tried. And a much better price too.
