Swizznet also srges a monthly fee for using quickbooks which I have already paid for in QB licensing. this was never discussed when we signed up with them. Then two monts into our agreement Swizznet has a 10% price increase. I am less than impressed with this organization. If so, plan to wait the better half of a day for a reply and ALWAYS plan to leave a message. The best part about this company is the way they treat clients. I was told I am the ONLY ONE having these issues. All 4 users have the same issues. Paid add on apps do not work properly. Have an open ticket for more than 3 months with unresolved issues. Constant crashing of files. No issue with files and no issues with these add on apps on any other cloud server. After reading these reviews, I am glad to see I' m not the only one. Stayed way to long waiting for a fix. Fix never came and likely never was going to. Tuesday, August 25, 2020 #82316 L Milne from Books by the Sea (101 - 250 Employees) We have worked with Swizznet for years. Their customer service is quick, helpful and personal. Over the last year or so, the program began closing down on us. Kept having to rebuild files to fix it but it never really fixed it. Now, the program closes down constantly. We spend more time reopening the program some days that actually getting any work accomplished. Sadly, looking at other hosting applications now. I expect to be on hold for a while and then further expect to be on the phone for at least 20-30 minutes while the problem is diagnosed and resolved. I called and left a message and Swizznet got back to me right away. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a matter of minutes! They explained, in a way I could understand, what had happened and how they had fixed it.
