The system can be a little hard to understand sometimes, but the customer service is AMAZING!!!! Everyone who picks up the phone is very knowledgeable and willing to stay on the phone with you for as long as you need in order to figure something out. I knew I had to automate so I decided to give ZP a try. It’s now 2018, I could not imagine running my business without them. They are a must have for any fitness studio. Thursday, February 1, 2018 #64964 Patrick The main downside is that it cannot handle multi-location and the support team is only based in the USA, so receiving phone support is pretty much non-existent if you live outside of the States. They need a European, Middle Eastern or Australian Support Office to provide support to users in different time zones. Did you find this review helpful?
