My company has been using zen planner for just over a year. The system can be a little hard to understand sometimes, but the customer service is AMAZING!!!! Everyone who picks up the phone is very knowledgeable and willing to stay on the phone with you for as long as you need in order to figure something out. I would share the names of the people who help me, but it's seriously everyone! I highly recommend this software for you gym or fitness center.

It’s now 2018, I could not imagine running my business without them. They are a must have for any fitness studio. Also outstanding customer care! The main downside is that it cannot handle multi-location and the support team is only based in the USA, so receiving phone support is pretty much non-existent if you live outside of the States. They need a European, Middle Eastern or Australian Support Office to provide support to users in different time zones.
