1) They claim "24/7" phone support on their website. All calls go to voicemail. They do not return calls. Later, I've been told they do not answer phone calls and I should use the ticket system 2) They do reply to tickets. As unhelpful and rude as they can. 3) I am on the "business" plan. Yet, I am not allowed to store as much as ONE recent backup on their server. 4) When there was a technical problem caused by them, they restored an ancient backup without my permission and deleted several posts and pages - the work of days. HORRIBLE COMPANY. RUN. You will see more reviews like this in the future. From the older positive reviews, I figure this was a good company at one point. It's not anymore.

247 Host has great prices, offers all services and has great support! I recommend 247-host to all of my clients who are in need of hosting. Their servers are not bogged down and there is never any down time. I always receive quick helpful answers from support, even when seeking advice for non server related issues. What I appreciate most is that their servers are WordPress friendly - there are never any issues with WordPress. There have been times when a WP plugin needs a specific server setting and tech support is always happy to oblige.

After 12 years with an excellent hosting company, including the last 6 years with a dedicated server, I decided I needed to switch. Their server performance and support was excellent. However, currency rates and fluctuations were the problem. I was sure that I would not find another hosting service that was as good. After doing a fair amount of research, and reading these reviews, I decided to give 247-Host a try. Based on their recommendations regarding my server needs, I selected their VPS option. I ended up getting greater and faster resources than my old dedicated server at half the price I was previously paying! Transferring my websites to 247-Host was without any major problems. When I did have minor issues, support was quick and helpful in resolving them. So far, 24-Host has met or exceeded my expectations! Server performance and support has been excellent. I am very pleased with my experiences and would highly recommend 24-Host to anyone else looking for a cost-effective hosting solution.
