AgMonitor provides a farming decision-support tool to improve crop production while reducing energy, water and fertilizer inputs. At half the cost of traditional solutions that require new hardware installations, AgMonitor leverage existing data and AI algorithms to solve practical problems in Agriculture. AgMonitor is a suite of SaaS products that covers the entire food-energy-water nexus. PumpMonitor uses smart meters already in place to provide consolidated water records and projected crop water demand. Its second application, CropMonitor leverages advanced crop modeling and historical imagery to track field performance. Finally, RanchMonitor helps farms manage their solar investment and grow the ROI by cutting the cost of energy. AgMonitor (formerly know as PowWow) won the Cleantech Open in 2013 among 200 company entrants and raised $9M of funding. Its platform is backed by 6 granted patents.
