I was in the business for several years and looking for a program in assisting for client management and Arbostar has done it. This app really focuses on making the business better, it allows us to manage the business in a way none other could. Having to provide instant estimates to the clients is our key in closing more sales. Also I can get all the information that I need in just a snap of a finger, that's how fast it is. ArboStar has a lot of ways that it can automate my daily tasks. This alone for me has been a game changer. I no longer have to send out each individual email and sms message to my clients, I no longer have to remember which invoices still need to be sent, and which clients I haven't spoken to in a while. Everything is done within the app and so much can be set up automatically. The app is also surprisingly easy to learn. Like I said, I'm more old-school in my approach, so I thought there might be a steep learning curve, but honestly within the first week of using the app I was already getting the hang of it. And I'd imagine someone even more tech-savvy than me could get into the swing of things even faster. ArboStar has definitely changed the way my business runs, for the better. I'm a traditional guy, and while technology is part of my job, I always like to be very careful before I add the latest trends to my workflow. But ArboStar has been incredibly helpful in allowing me to save a ton of time by taking care of the more monotonous tasks I usually have to do manually. I have no plans to go back to the old way of doing things, that's for sure.

I've been in the tree care business for over 30 years now and have used many different service platforms. I found ArboStar to be exactly what my tree care business needs. From streamlining the business process to ease of use, this software is so much better than the ones I've used in the past. Everything just makes so much more sense with this app. For example, the financial records of my company are stored in the cloud and are synced with Quickbooks immediately, which definitely gives me peace of mind. I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend ArboStar to other businesses.This platform helps us automate tasks like estimation and invoicing which would otherwise be very time-consuming. It also provides us with sales and marketing reports, which play a huge role in the future of our company.

I'm able to quickly and easily set up text and email messages and notifications to our clients with ease. There is a ton of functionality and customizability that allows me to keep our customers happy and engaged. The support tickets are populated within the app and can be answered quickly and easily without switching apps. Everything can be organized by countless filters. So far I don't have a single bad word to say about the platform. I'll update this review if anything comes up, but it really has everything I need to do my job – a big step up from the software my team was using before. ArboStar is a 5/5 for me without question. The software is easy to use and organized with efficiency in mind. And the customer service team is friendly and speedy if I have any questions or issues. Very pleased with this platform.

Our company has been using ArboStar for the past 6 months and it works great. The platform is customizable and lets us use it the way that's comfortable for us. Their customer service did an awesome job helping us transition from the old platform we were using to this one. It was really an easy experience.ArboStar has helped to streamline our business process and we're also able to automate a ton of tasks. Their mobile app works well and helps our fieldworkers do their jobs. I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for solid scheduling/dispatching/whatever-you-need software.

I'm very happy our company made the switch to ArboStar. It's custom-tailored to the tree-care industry and has excellent report generation and data analysis tools. Highly recommended for its financial and accounting features alone. Excellent report generation. It pulls financial data from the other modules and auto-populates the reports module with said data, allowing for easier and more accurate reports free from human error. This makes it a breeze to generate any and all reports that I think might be useful and might steer the company in a better financial direction. These reports have also shown us where we're overspending and where we can trim the fat to save on expenses. Nothing to criticize. There were a couple of bugs (I was a fairly early adopter of the app), but these were taken care of within the first week that we started using the software and weren't anything major anyway.

App has made my job a lot easier. I show up on site, and there's GPS-tagged pictures of the trees with descriptions of what exactly needs doing. No more second-guessing if I'm removing the wrong tree. Now I can just show up on site and do the job. It also makes it super easy to contact other team members as well as keep track of all our vehicles. Very pleased with this app. I'm not a tech-guy at all. I'm lucky if I can get Netflix to work. So I was a little unhappy at first when we were told we had to start using this software. But honestly, it didn't take too long to learn, and now it makes my job way easier. So if you're like me and don't like fancy apps, don't worry. Everything is laid out in a way that makes sense, and I'm shocked at how easy it was to get familiar with. Now it's like second-nature to me. From a boots on the ground perspective, I think this app is great. The app works right from my smartphone and allows me to do my job quicker and immediately resolve any issues that come up. I've started to see it as another essential tool in my toolkit. A couple weeks ago I forgot to charge my phone, so I had to borrow my wife's which didn't have the app installed, and it felt like I was missing a vital tool throughout the day. That just shows me how useful ArboStar has become to my daily work.

Arbostar is exactly what we need for our service. I love this software because with it the quality of my company's services has drastically increased. We use Arbostar for all of our daily tasks starting from client creation to estimation, from scheduling to analyzing, from creating a work order to invoicing. We also use the mobile app. It syncs perfectly with the system and we have the information we need everywhere we are. Our estimators are greatly satisfied with the app, as now they create estimates right from the field and send it to the clients in no time using the app. With Arbostar the time-management of my employees has also improved. And we have gone completely paperless.I absolutely love this software and I would recommend Arbostar.
