“We have been using the Aviation InterTec Services Inc RAAS…”
We have been using the Aviation InterTec Services Inc RAAS maintenance management software for over 20 years and find it very user-friendly. In that time we have never had any Transport Canada audit findings in regards to the modules controlled by RAAS. We have grown from a small operator to a medium-sized Air Taxi operation with large aircraft in the mix and RAAS has been a great fit the whole way. With multiple different bases, this web-based system is just the thing to be able to keep everyone in the company up to date in real time. I have recommended RAAS to every one of my colleagues in the industry and will do so for many years to come.

My company has been using RAAS since its start in 2006. The decision to use AIS’s maintenance software was made for a few reasons; personal approach, well-tailored to a regional carrier, web based and cost. The software has evolved over the years to be a better product largely based on AIS’s willingness and ability to support change. Whether it was for internal system integration, hosting and data back-up or customer-requested customization, AIS has been there. It’s very intuitive and its evolution has kept it contemporary.

Our company has been using RAAS for 2 years now and we have been very pleased with this maintenance management software. AIS assistance in data migration from our old software went as planned and made the transition to this new software that much easier for our staff.
