We use the online version of Balsamiq (mybalsamiq) at Serchen. As a previous reviewer has already said, we find it incredibly simple to use for techs and none techs. Speaking personally I used the software as a core element during the design phase of the current release of serchen. I was able to cut pages up and assemble them very quickly so that the dev team really understand how I wanted the final pages to look.

We use the online mybalsamiq version and its been a great addition to our ever growing list of "cloud" tools. Really helps make the job of working with various parts of our web team much easier. Mocking up pages is so simple we've been able to allow traditionally none technical people into the design phase. Highly recommended!
