Gemini handles the vast majority of our monitoring workflows without a hitch, but two years in, I want to be honest about where the edges get rough. Certain legacy device integrations require manual workarounds that the documentation doesn't fully cover. Our small ops team hit a wall twice trying to get older panel types to play nicely with the platform, and support response times were slower than I'd hoped on both occasions. Those moments were genuinely frustrating.
That said, the core platform is exceptional. The interoperability across newer installed tech is impressive, and the control room layout tools have made a real difference for us as we've grown from a handful of operators to a full shift crew.
